The National Exchange Club Foundation was established in 1979 to help advance the National Exchange Club's Program of Service, and its national project, the prevention of child abuse. The NEC Foundation, through its network of 75 Exchange child abuse prevention centers, has helped more than more than 1.8 million children and 778,400 families break the cycle of child abuse.
